Many folk have limited knowledge of natural history and often seek advice on all manner of subjects from 'What animal digging up my lawn?' to 'I have bats in my roof, will they do me harm?' ....Advice can be given in all situations and sometimes other authorities or conservation bodies may need to be informed.
